Summary

	Faro Argyus was a captain in the Senate Commandos, an elite branch of the Senate Guard Senate Guard Organization Galactic Republic (Twilight Era) , in 22 BBY. Coming from a Tepasi family noted for its honor and loyalty, Argyus was a fifth-generation guard normally stationed on Coruscant Coruscant Planet . However, after Senator Padme Amidala Padme Amidala (Human) Character Major Characters managed to capture Trade Federation Viceroy Nute Gunray Nute Gunray (Neimoidian) Character Supporting Characters on Rodia, Argyus was assigned to the Venator-class Star Destroyer Venator-class Star Destroyer Starship Starship Models Tranquility and tasked with escorting the captured viceroy to Coruscant alongside Jedi Master Luminara Unduli Luminara Unduli (Mirialan) Character Supporting Characters and Padawan Ahsoka Tano Ashoka Tano (Togruta) Character Major Characters . Unbeknownst to the Republic, Argyus had been bribed by Separatist leader Count Dooku Dooku (Human) Character Major Characters to rescue Gunray Rescue on the Tranquility Event The Clone Wars from his imprisonment and return him to the Confederacy.
